Services Affected: Banner 8 and 9, MyWCC, DegreeWorks, Register for Classes, Pay Tuition, Financial Aid Appeals.

Approximate End Time: Sunday, August 21 at 8 a.m.
Which services will be unavailable and which will be available? Banner 8 and 9, MyWCC, DegreeWorks, Register for Classes, Pay Tuition, and the Financial
Aid Appeals system will not be available. This will not affect Blackboard or the college's
main website (wccnet.edu). Keeping up with the latest releases and patches of our critical systems is a critical
component of our security posture.
