During the weekly maintenance window on the morning of Sunday, November 26, the Apache Tomcat web server software will be upgraded to version 9 on all application servers that support Banner and Banner-related systems. These applications will be unavailable to faculty, staff and students.
Services Affected: Banner 8 and 9, MyWCC, DegreeWorks, Register for Classes, Pay Tuition, Financial Aid Appeals.

Anticipated End Time: 10 a.m. on 11/26/23
Which services will be unavailable and which will be available? Banner 8 and 9, MyWCC, DegreeWorks, Register for Classes, Pay Tuition and the Financial Aid Appeals system will not be available. This will not affect Blackboard, FAMIS, JATC 669 Moodle, or the WCC website. Upgrading to the version of Tomcat recommended by our vendor will improve support of these systems.
