Single Sign-On Upgrades Feb. 5-6

There will be intermittent outages from 5 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 5 through 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6 as IT moves multiple systems to a new single sign-on (SSO) provider. The applications shown below will be intermittently unavailable to students, faculty and staff.

Services Affected: Banner 8 and 9, MyWCC, DegreeWorks, Register for Classes, Pay Tuition, Financial Aid Appeals, Blackboard, Google Mail, SARS/eSARS, Handshake and Register Blast.

PHASE 1: 5 p.m. to midnight on Monday, Feb. 5. Only affecting Touchnet and eSARS.

 PHASE 2: Midnight to 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6. Only affecting Blackboard, DegreeWorks, Register Blast, Google Mail, MyWCC, Banner 8 and 9.

PHASE 3: Noon to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6. Only affecting Handshake.

Which services will be available? This will not affect FAMIS, JATC 669 Moodle, or the college's main website, wccnet.edu.
