During the weekly maintenance window on the morning of Sunday, May 19, all Linux servers that support Banner and Banner-related systems will be upgraded to version 8. These applications will be unavailable to faculty, staff and students.
Services Affected: Banner 8 and 9, MyWCC, DegreeWorks, Register for Classes, Pay Tuition, Financial Aid Appeals, JATC 669 Moodle Testing Site, FAMIS Self-Service.

Which services will be unavailable and which will be available? Banner 8 and 9, MyWCC, DegreeWorks, Register for Classes, Pay Tuition, JATC 669 Moodle Testing Site, and the Financial Aid Appeals system will not be available. This will not affect Blackboard or the main WCC website. Ensuring that operating systems are current is a critical component of our security posture.
