Rick Harness has had an extensive and varied business career. From being a partner in a local restaurant chain, to launching a career in real estate, to providing consulting services, he’s garnered first-hand knowledge of sales and business management.
“Building a solid base of skills and habits can help every person succeed in a business,
whether their role is employee, manager, or owner,” said Harkness.
In his training workshops, Harkness finds sharing his experiences, ideas and information
with students personally rewarding. “Participating in a learning environment is a
great way to stay current on topics of interest and to learn from students, who also
bring their own knowledge, perspectives, and experiences to class,” said Harkness.
Harkness holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree, with an emphasis on management from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and has presented at numerous management leadership meetings and international conventions.
