I'm a writer, researcher, instructor, and museum professional working with Latinx and Afrodiasporic literature, history, and art. I'm originally from São Paulo Brazil, and I moved to South Florida with my family when I was a senior in high school. I went to school for my B.A. and M.A. in South Florida, and moved to Michigan in 2015 to work on my Ph.D., which I completed in the Summer of 2022.
