The WCC Fine Arts faculty and staff are excited to announce the Our Layers of Identity community art exhibition. We have distributed 500 art boxes to members of our surrounding community full of supplies to make a one-of-a- kind piece of art- and now it’s time to celebrate!
Join us for an opening reception on Friday, May 7th with First Fridays Ypsilanti!
Location: Outdoor stage at N. Washington St. Downtown Ypsilanti

Artwork will be displayed in participating businesses throughout Depot Town and Downtown

Our Layers of Identity is a collaboration between Washtenaw Community College and First Fridays Ypsilanti intended to increase community engagement with the arts as a means to improve well-being and interpersonal connection in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
