Did you know that bees use dead leaves and other plant material for winter cover? Leave the leaves is a new slogan by the Bee Campus USA initiative (Xerces Society) to help pollinators survivor winter. Help protect our pollinators by not raking your leaves this fall or consider leaving a pile of leaves for their winter survival. The Bee Campus USA is helping the fight for the survival of bees threatened by habitat loss, pesticide use, diseases, and climate change.
