Authentication Servers Outage on September 25

WCC Office of Information Technology Services - September 19, 2022

During the weekly maintenance window on the morning of Sunday, Sept. 25, WCC authentication servers will be upgraded. All systems and websites that use authentication/LDAP and/or Single Sign-On will be unavailable from 2 a.m. to 8 a.m.

Red Hat Linux and Oracle Patching on September 18

WCC Office of Information Technology Services - September 13, 2022

During the weekly maintenance window on the morning of Sunday, Sept. 18, quarterly operating system and database patches will be applied to all Linux servers that support Banner and Banner-related systems. These applications will be unavailable to faculty, staff and students.

Avaya Phone Outage morning of July 24

WCC Office of Information Technology Services - July 20, 2022

Office phones and softphones will be unavailable from 6 to 8 a.m. on Sunday, July 24. No other systems will be affected. ITS is upgrading the Avaya IP Office Phone System firmware.
