Planned Network Maintenance: 3/11/23

WCC Office of Information Technology Services - March 02, 2023

On Saturday, March 11, the WCC network will be down for approximately nine hours, possibly less. ITS will be replacing network components in order to increase network bandwidth. Internet access into and out of the WCC network will be unavailable.

IT Maintenance: Red Linux and Oracle Patching on 2/19/23

WCC Office of Information Technology Services - February 15, 2023

During the weekly maintenance window on the morning of Sunday, Feb. 19, quarterly operating system and database patches will be applied to all Linux servers that support Banner and Banner-related systems. These applications will be unavailable to faculty, staff and students.

IT Maintenance: Avaya Phone Outage 2/5/23

WCC Office of Information Technology Services - February 02, 2023

In order to improve the reliability we all expect from our phone system, ITS will be adding redundancy to minimize downtime. Office phones and softphones will be intermittently unavailable for 10-15 minutes from 6 a.m. to noon on Sunday, Feb. 5. No other systems will be affected.
