Coretta Scott King said, “The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.”
Build compassion at WCC by visiting the Human Library, where Books are people who represent the diversity of our campus and community. In as little as 20 minutes, you can hear a personal story, engage in a dialog about an experience, and work towards breaking down barriers and eliminating prejudice. Attendance verification for class is available! Faculty and staff can earn PD credit! Stop by, challenge stereotypes, and build community.
Visit the Human Library website to learn more.
