I've spent the last 12 years learning everything there is to know about the restaurant and hospitality industry - from working a line to planning six figure events. I'm currently applying this knowledge in my role as Catering Manager for Mainstreet Ventures, where I’m responsible for consistently exceeding guest expectations by providing memorable dining services utilizing our creative and distinctive eateries and bringing them to your front door.
